Description

In this role, you will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to plan, develop and deliver internal communication strategies and content to engage, inform, and inspire our employees, fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and results through the following responsibilities: - Lead strategies and programs to communicate People Team Strategic Initiatives, fostering cohesive alignment around key initiatives within the People Team, integrating messages into broader strategic communications to deliver measurable results. - Oversee the comprehensive planning, development, and delivery of People senior leader presentations and materials, including Keynote slides and scripts. - Create and embed a unified, consistent multi-channel communications strategy - Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies aligned with strategic priorities and People programs - Deliver internal communications to a global and hybrid audience, through the planning and execution of People-team wide meetings - Collaborate with People Team Leadership members to craft detailed plans and compelling narratives aligned to key initiatives and priorities - Plan, create and execute business-critical executive communications, People Team-wide announcements, and change management initiatives - Implement effective internal communication analytics and sentiment reporting tools to gauge feedback and develop insights to drive continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or PR
  • Experience leading other communications professionals to deliver on goals
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective communications strategies
  • Executive Communications experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience planning and delivering internal communications to a global and hybrid audience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple timely projects with competing priorities
  • Results-oriented, driven, and demonstrates a high degree of ownership and accountability, and able to operate in the gray
  • Highly collaborative style with the ability to quickly develop trusted relationships with Communications, People Team and global Apple colleagues and partners
  • Experience leading key communication and change management initiatives for a global HR or People Team organization
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Seeks feedback and metrics to improve communications

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $255,400 and $408,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
