Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms. As Digital Merchandising Specialist, Payments and Pricing, you will define and execute merchandising strategies for payments and affordability programs in the Americas, and co-develop global standards and best practices for pricing merchandising with regional peers.

Description
Establish a deep understanding of Apple Retail payment programs, platform capabilities, legal and compliance requirements. Develop merchandising plans and author creative briefs for new assets, landing pages, and customer messaging. Define requirements for merchandising tools and platforms that enable new programs, financing terms, and pricing strings for Apple products across apple.com (http://apple.com/) and the Apple Store app. Gather data analysis/insights from various sources including sales data, site engagement metrics, customer chat and survey data, to inform business optimizations and drive conversion.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-8 years experience in digital on-site marketing or digital merchandising.
- Outstanding teamwork skills with an ability to collaborate closely and gain alignment with teams including creative, analytics, commercial programs, and product management.
- Ability to analyze data, and present findings through storytelling.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce, retail, or tech industry.
- Experience with merchandising financing or payment programs a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working on complex, global, large-scale, time-critical projects.
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred, MBA a plus.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
