Description
You will provide an exceptional support experience for internal developers. This includes advanced troubleshooting, tools adoption guidance, and best practice recommendations. You will represent their voice when providing feedback to our internal tools teams. Streamlining these interactions by delivering tools and automation provides meaningful impact and allows our team to scale and ultimately improve the workflow experience. - Provide an excellent experience while supporting our internal users, including technical and non-technical inquiries - Develop automation/tooling that will dramatically improve our efficiency and the end user experience - Instrument observability of support workflows, analyze metrics, and optimize the process - Seek out opportunities to enable community management and self-help opportunities for the systems we support (e.g. FAQs, How-to-guides, and documentation) - Craft concise and effective communications around maintenance and incidents - Maintain high quality product feedback by ensuring bug reports are actionable
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience communicating with customers and collaborating with technical/design teams
- Automation development experience surrounding high scale operations
- CI and distributed systems triage and troubleshooting skills, ability to give clear technical direction and solutions
- Designing and using web service APIs
- Proficient in modern scripting or compiled languages (Python, Swift, C/C++, etc.)
- Thrive in dynamic environments, run multiple priorities and projects, excellent follow through
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to refine user requirements and prototype new solutions from scratch
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
- Previous Slack workflow, api, and application development
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, databases, and APIs
- macOS, iOS, or UNIX development experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
