Description

We're looking for an operationally minded individual to support the policies and logistics involved in servicing developer requests for access to restricted capabilities, including entitlements and feature access. In this role, you will be tasked with reviewing incoming requests from developers to acquire access to those capabilities. You will balance meeting day-to-day objectives such as minimizing handle times, improving developer satisfaction, reducing decision dispute rates, increasing process accuracy and recommending strategies to constantly improve and scale operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in an operational-focused role such as developer relations or enterprise support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Apple Developer Program, and the app development and distribution lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort interacting with software development teams.
  • Understanding of entitlements and capabilities, as well as the current processes developers follow to request entitlements from Apple.
  • Previous experience within a developer relations team, and interacting with third party developers to service requests for support and enablement.
  • Investigative skills and natural curiosity to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Strong collaborative skills with team members.
  • Keen eye for detail and critical thinking.
  • Experience analyzing processes or systems for inefficiencies and/or improvement opportunities.
  • Basic querying and reporting with Excel and/or SQL.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $30.70 and $46.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
