Apple is seeking an Event Design & Production Coordinator to support our Worldwide Events Team. We work with several teams across the company to bring Apple's iconic brand and products to life for audiences around the world. From new launches and keynotes to live productions and hands on experiences, this team is charged with leading the planning, end-to-end production, guest journeys and unique details that make these events special.

Description

You will assist the department in project managing and producing events of varying scale and scope and taking on specific event-related tasks as needed. You will be a critical team member coordinating creative support from the beginning of the design process through to implementation and on-site event support. Coordinate and implement assigned events from concept to execution. Ability to take detailed notes, prioritizing and distilling a large amount of information into clear written and verbal communications. Follow up on action items and timelines and help schedule meetings while owning the fabrication & production schedule. Lead team inventory including the packing/shipping/tracking of materials, samples and event materials pre and post onsite events. Support event furniture procurement and production inventory tracking and movements. Collect information and images to build out presentation ready decks. Assist with on site setup and load-out, track changes during implementation, send out daily notes and updates, relay information to cross-functional partners and vendors. Be an active and contributing member in our team's creative think tank.
  • 2-4 years of meaningful work experience in event support, coordination, or production.
  • Mac and Keynote proficient.
  • Able to travel and be on site during key times of production and implementation.

  • Demonstrate creativity, integrity, attention to detail, and a high developed sense of quality, accountability and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite is a plus.
  • Passion for event management and thrive throughout the planning and production process.
  • A detailed executor with excellent time management skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver, who is calm under timelines and always willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Obsess over a guest's experience and ensure every event you touch is memorable and impactful.
  • Effective communicator who takes direction well.
  • You react quickly to new information and direction and seamlessly adapt to change.
  • You are highly organized, efficient and resourceful.
  • You have a track record of successfully working with a wide range of people across different teams and at different levels.
  • Adhere to Apple's values, aesthetics, high production standards and codes of ethical conduct.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $173,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
