In this role, you will run multi-functional power management initiatives from architecture concept to product for Apple's state-of-the-art products. We are looking for a leader with breadth of experience and depth of technical knowledge in the system power management space. You will support architecture definition, and drive productization of power and thermal management features post silicon - working closely with Architecture, Software, Systems EE teams, Module EE and Software, and System QA teams. You will have a consistent record leading large multi-functional teams to deliver high quality, complex feature solutions on time.

Description
In this role, you will drive the day-to-day activities during the SoC definition and architecture phase of SoC development. Typical responsibilities will include: - Initiate and set up project infrastructures; manage program disclosure during definition phase of the program - Coordinate and drive SoC planning meetings and SoC definition reviews, facilitating SoC program definition alignment (identify criteria, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans) between SoC architects, implementation, and validation teams associated with all program definition decisions. - Support key architecture multi-functional review and adoption activities - In partnership with SoC/System/SW organizations, develop program schedules and guide, rally and track cohesive support plans to set in motion and follow through a successful silicon execution. - Identify critical path and dependent activities, and track/coordinate efforts across teams. - Facilitate the way we make decisions with relevant partners, being key individual contributors or executive leadership and drive all open items to closure.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Engineering discipline and 10+ years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in integrated circuit design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven SoC Design/Integration/Validation experience.
- Experience managing end-to-end SoC development life cycle from concept to mass production.
- Validated technical program management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic multi-disciplined engineering environment and a strong multi-tasker.
- Technical breadth to grasp vertical system integration challenges at the intersection of SoC/silicon, system engineering, and software.
- Ability to filter and comprehend large amount of technical data, in order to distill, re-package and present the tradeoffs to the right audience for critical decision making.
- Relevant experience developing strategic and executable SoC and program schedules.
- Can work collaboratively and multi-functionally across diverse teams and audiences.
- Proven experience to lead large multi-functional leadership forums with a collaboration mentality.
- Able to influence others without authority and build trust with other teams.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
