Description
The Churn Optimization Specialist, Apple TV+, is responsible for identifying key churn optimization goals, and working with cross-functional partners to execute on initiatives to achieve them. They will lead thoughtful discussions on churn dynamics, identify leading indicators, and drive customer-centric decision-making. They're a strategic thinker and exceptional communicator who excels in articulating a strong point of view clearly and succinctly.
- B.A./B.S or M.S. or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management
- Minimum 7 to 9 years of relevant industry work experience with a strong understanding of video streaming and/or subscription businesses - especially user engagement, conversion and retention.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of customer motivations and behaviors that influence churn.
- Experience working in matrixed environments where products or platforms cut across multiple teams and functions.
- Ability to incorporate LTV insights into churn prediction models for a more holistic understanding of customer value.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and plans to improve performance against meaningful metrics, with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
- Develop a process of continuous improvement, where the results of this work are analyzed and insights are fed back into the plans and the partners.
- A growth mindset and a high attention to detail understanding how every product element connects to broader team and company goals.
- Drive churn analysis strategies that are scalable and adaptable to accommodate business growth, as well as monitor and analyze competitor activities and their impact on customer churn.
- Self-starter who works effectively in a fast-paced environment; is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering results with minimal guidance
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
