Apple is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to join our World-Wide Education Field Marketing team as an Events Technical Manager. In this role you will create, produce, and manage new and existing web content for Apple's Education sales professionals and customers globally. Success requires close partnership with our Education teams and a wide-range of cross-functional organizations to manage both near-term go-to-market execution and longer-term advancement of partners solutions with Apple's products and services.

Description

As a WW Channel/Field Marketing & Events Technical Manager, you will deliver a wide range of assets, resources, tools, and collateral targeted towards the Education organization. Success requires close partnership with the Education sales leaders and sales team, the Education Field Marketing teams, Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) teams and a variety of cross-functional partners, along with an understanding of the Channel in order to effectively deliver impactful tools and resources to the highest quality. In this position, you will: - Collaborate with the team and work independently on strategy, development, and administration of large-scale web-based tools, ensuring robust and lasting solutions. - Develop, edit, and publish resources, collateral, and assets to multiple internal platforms and content management systems to enable the Apple sales organization. - Work closely with partner teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across resources, tools, and collateral that is leveraged in the field; Ensure corporate marketing priorities, messages, and use cases are showcased in regional assets and tools. - Perform data analysis on activity, data trends, user patterns, and synthesize information around key metrics and efficacy of the content. - Maintain expertise on the latest in software development standard methodologies and new technologies, especially HTML5 and CSS3, and continually work to innovate and build new web experiences. - Manage all technical platforms and systems for the Channel/Field Marketing & Events team. - Make the complex simple to other team members, leadership and external vendors.
  • Experience with front end web development including graphic design, standards, and UX/UI considerations. A portfolio or work samples with application is a significant plus.
  • Strong web development skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other web content management systems.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools including strong skills in Photoshop.
  • Solid skills in database maintenance and architecture.
  • Proficiency with Apple's ecosystem and software applications, including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
  • Overall technical expertise and ability to learn new platforms, softwares, and systems.

  • Ability to communicate with technical development teams on requirements for enhancements and new features built into platforms.
  • Technical project management.
  • Apple Events, Ascent and Apple Survey Support.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
