Handle the overall repair and maintenance of caffé equipment and coffee machines operation.

Description
Manage the repair and maintenance of caffé equipment and coffee machines. Responsible for scheduling and handling the regular testing and preventative maintenance of equipment. Review shift pass downs and communicate where needed status of repairs and down equipment. Partner with Caffé staff to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and coordinate down time to perform repairs. Vendor and Contractor management to ensure high quality of the repairs and projects completion on time. Review and maintain site documentation relate to caffé equipment per state and local regulations. Develop site solutions in support of various key infrastructure and business needs, create and sustain best practices for the Facility Team, help prepare annual budget both Capital and Expense. Receive invoicing and track against allocated amounts using CMMS (Tririga).
Minimum Qualifications
- Two or three years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment: ovens, dishwashers, and gas stoves.
- Basic understands and reads of electrical & mechanical schematic drawings.
- Ability to work at heights and on ladders, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- NDPA 70E Electrical Safety Training and Universal EPA Certificate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill.
- High school diploma or GED.
- A valid Texas driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical operation of Caffè equipment down to circuity board level.
- Knowledge of ice machine, like the Hoshizaki, Scotsman, and refrigeration equipment is a plus.
- Ability to time management and priority the service tickets using CMMS.
- Has the ability to recognize the equipment potential failure and take appropriate actions.
- Detail oriented and proactive.
- A willingness to provide on-call support, in case of emergencies or other off-hours issues.
- Ability to work with minimum supervise.
- Demonstrates a basic ability to use common hand tools, power tools, gauges, meters, hoists, torches, and measuring equipment to perform service of the unit.
