It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it! In AppleCare BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) we view inclusion and diversity as critical for innovation. Our Business Process Analysts are technically savvy, strategic thinkers who cultivate an extensive understanding of the AppleCare organization as we research, analyze, optimize, and document processes end to end. We get curious about process fissures, pain points, overloads, diversions, technology gaps, and breakdowns, and then we dream up solutions to make life better for AppleCare customers and workers. "Simplify and scale" is our credo.
