Marcom is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple's consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. We are seeking an expert marketing communications professional to provide strategic, communications, and executional leadership across our consumer marketing communications for Apple's Values based initiatives, including Privacy, Environment, Accessibility, Education, Supply Chain, Inclusion & Diversity and Racial Equity & Justice Initiative. The Brand Manager will join an established team of Creative Directors, Producers, Writers, Designers, and Strategists, who work across the Marcom functional groups (Interactive, Retail, Film, and International teams), and with other Business Partners (Public Relations, Product Marketing, SMEs) to help lead, develop, and implement integrated marketing communications efforts.

Description
You will lead and drive the development and execution of integrated marketing communications, and provide leadership for all deliverables. Responsibilities: - Provide creative solutions across many categories, including film launch support, social campaigns, interactive campaigns, roadmap planning, and platform development. - Partner with internal teams to develop creative from briefing to delivery - Use our strategic and creative point of view to act as advocates within the Marcom community in order to push work forward. - Demonstrate creativity in problem solving, dynamic and unconventional thinking, and quick adaptation to new technical areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing communications experience at an advertising, marketing, or design agency, and/or in-house marketing communications team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas to stakeholders
- You have experience working with many stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
