We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. The Retail Brand Manager role within Apple's Marcom team will lead strategy, creative development and execution for Apple Retail Store and Online Store marketing initiatives. We're looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in developing and managing innovative campaigns that drive customer acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and brand equity across digital and physical channels. These initiatives span new product introductions as well as ongoing retail programs.

Description
The Retail Brand Manager is a bridge between the Retail Marketing business and the Marcom teams that execute against business strategy and objectives. This person will ensure creative objectives are well defined and appropriately executed. We're looking for someone who thrives in ever-changing, dynamic environments and has the ability to navigate competing priorities. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the integration of Retail commercial program marketing efforts, knitting together several functional teams across the organization including: Print/Graphic Design, Interactive, Video/Motion Graphics, Advertising/Media, Retail Marketing, Merchandising, Market Development, Product Marketing, Legal and Finance. Driving customer loyalty and brand equity across digital and physical channels. Developing strategy and marketing plans, facilitating creative execution, leading presentations and navigating the approval process across multiple partners. Directing retail programs across various teams requiring inputs from numerous partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing communications experience.
- Previous ad agency, design agency, performance marketing agency and/or in-house marketing communications experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners.

- Strategic, creative, resourceful, adaptable and focused on results.
- Strong critical thinking, project management, and creative development experience.
- Ability to get results in a highly matrixed organization.
- Expert-level communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility, and influence.
- Extremely detail oriented with exceptional follow-through skills with an ability to see the big picture.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
