Description
The Automation Program Lead manages a portfolio of projects to transform and optimize business processes. A successful individual is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and meticulous; excels in program management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving issues. Furthermore, we lead within Worldwide Operations and collaborate with functional organizations within Apple. • Developing and driving alignment on a multi-year strategic roadmap of intelligent process automation • Facilitating the identification and prioritization of automation transformation opportunities • Driving the strategy, delivery, and execution of business process solutions, focusing on continuous improvement • Leading communications, upward and downward throughout the organization, raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams to deliver intelligent process automation projects
- Technical expertise and deep understanding of robotic process automation using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.
- Results oriented and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
- 8+ years of experience with robotic process automation
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
