The Global Business Solutions Purchase-to-Pay Finance team is seeking an Authorized Requestor who will provide outstanding support to various Operations business teams. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Description
- Ensure purchase requisitions are raised in a timely manner and in accordance with negotiated contracts and Apple Finance Policies - Complete invoice approvals in a timely manner with proper supporting documentation - Supervise PRs, POs, GRs, and IRs, and handle communications with the Initiators, Buyers, Procurement and Global Business Support teams - Provide training and support to business partners, financial analysts, and Ops Finance management on Purchase-to-pay processes - Assist business partners with PO management in relation to approved budgets - Handle POs, including closing POs that are no longer needed and raising change orders to add funds to existing POs when needed - Support financial analysts in the quarter end accrual process - Strive to meet service level targets (e.g. early pay discount attainment, on-time payments, etc.) - Work with suppliers on proper invoice induction and payment issues
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years finance/accounting work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of building effective business partnerships
- Comfortable balancing multiple tasks within a global, fast-paced environment
- Ability to tackle and effectively prioritize workload
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized, and exercises good judgment and discretion
- Proficient in SAP, eApproval, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience using other financial systems such as Dataiku and Tableau a plus
