Apple Worldwide Events seeks a dynamic Associate Producer, Live Show to support live events within our event venue portfolio, focusing primarily on events at Steve Jobs Theater and Apple Park Observatory. The Worldwide Events team delivers on exceptional experiences, from new product launches to internal communications meetings, on premier stages and bespoke environments.

Description
As the Associate Producer, you will work closely with the Event Program Manager as well as other team members on the pre-production, planning, rehearsals, and execution of live shows. This includes collaborating on and tracking operational elements, engaging with project owners and internal partners to translate their needs to live show crews, managing talent movements from back of house to stage, creating a detailed production calendar and schedules, timelines and post-show reports. This is a pivotal role in the planning and execution of our stage shows. It's a particularly exciting time to join our team as we continue to build flawless brand experiences on behalf of Apple! Key Deliverables: - Coordinate and drive production planning and meetings - Assist lead Event producer in translating creative concepts and ideas into production - Track key milestones and deliverables through detailed production schedules, ensuring teams are kept on track - Coordinate with internal Events teams to ensure operations, design, production and budget planning have visibility and are aligned with planning - Some travel may be required both regionally and internationally - In-office work required during peak event periods; long hours as needed for production rehearsals and event execution
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years validated experience with a proven track record in theatrical production or even production
- Experience leading live events and/or film/theatrical productions
- Organizational expertise in creating and carrying out high-level operational plans for high profile events
Preferred Qualifications
- This role requires positive relationships with production vendors and cross-functional partners.
- Extreme ability to organize and track multiple parts of a project simultaneously
- Experience negotiating and building strong relationships with external partners.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
- Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience preferred.
- Works well within a team and understands team dynamics. Capable of working individually or as part of a multifunctional team including peers and/or senior managers.
- Self-starter that can work on their own initiative with the ability to influence others.
- Flexibility to work as required to fulfill business needs
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $88,100 and $173,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
