We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. The Photography team is looking for an experienced creative who has the ability to build strong photography and content narratives. The ideal candidate has experience as a creative lead on photo shoots, as well as building detailed creative briefs. This candidate is a conceptual problem solver and has a passion for photography. Strong organizational skills and a strong design background is necessary. This creative should be able to design beautiful presentation decks that convey meaning and intent and be a confident and proficient presenter.

Description

- Partner with Planners, Producers, PM's and Creatives to develop compelling WW content briefs that align with yearly product and campaign roadmaps and overall communications strategies. - Expertly direct the development of well-conceived, innovative creative content work that implements the content strategy and brief. - Participate in creative reviews to ensure content is on brief and the narrative is integrated across all marketing materials. - Communicate effectively with creative partners, business affairs and other members of the brand team. - Direct photo shoots to create compelling photography for launch, campaign and sustain. - Work closely with our GEO teams aligning WW creative strategy with GEO content.
  • At least 10 years of experiences as a creative, in one or more of the following industries : editorial, advertising, marketing, brand management, photography and/or new media communication
  • Strong design and presentation skills

  • In-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process, including, providing clear communication and creative direction and giving timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions
  • The ability to consistently build high-quality outcomes in a timely manner while balancing multiple deliverables
  • Ability to drive workflows, creative shares and schedules across multiple teams
  • Collaborates well with both internal and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to get results throughout projects
  • Cut through ambiguity to find the right path forward despite uncertainty or challenges
  • Approach projects with a global perspective to ensure creative resonates in international markets
  • Extremely detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills
  • Approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt in order to arrive at the best solution
  • Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions
  • See around corners to ensure awareness of bigger problems and opportunities ahead
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
