Such initiatives involve multiple systems and require complex testing activities across the AppleCare organization. Description
The AppleCare Test Script Librarian will ensure the AppleCare Script Library is maintained and ready to support any and all testing projects. This includes : Ensuring projects plan for and complete any needed Script Library updates ahead of testing, Collaborating with invested parties to identify any necessary changes to the library, as well as assigning the work to the appropriate quality engineering team for completion, Reviewing Process Library changes and aligning with needed Script Library changes. Establish a process to connect automated test cases to building blocks and alert when new automation is needed. Support stakeholders and quality engineers identify test execution strategies for complex projects. Ensure that all disclosed project guidelines are adhered to. Additionally, support the team in bifurcating test cases that necessitate modifications to accommodate a project under disclosure, preventing non-disclosed projects from accessing the modified test cases. Develop a deep understanding of test strategies and practices to ensure that the library evolves appropriately and continuously supports the needs of the AC Technologies team. Organize all test scripts so that the project team can quickly locate them.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in quality engineering
- Extensive experience with Radar, including Component configuration and access control management, and a comprehensive understanding of Radar Test functionality.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies
- Strong commitment to technical quality assurance as a key part of the software development cycle.

- Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
- Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) at all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
