The Spatial Design Lab team helps Apple customers ideate, design and build innovative use cases for Apple Vision Pro, accelerating solution delivery and maximizing the business impact of the platform.

Description

You are an innovative, passionate, and experienced solution architect, technical lead, platform specialist. You will facilitate a best in class customer experience by partnering with multiple cross functional teams. You are also a great problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and context shifting who likes challenges and most importantly, offering creative solutions that deliver consistently excellent outcomes. In this role you will: Develop an understanding of a customers technical landscape to provide best practices for integration and key workflows. Analyze customer challenges, available technologies and desired outcomes to create thoughtful solutions. Share best practices with top developers in leading organizations globally on end-to-end app architecture and development strategies for Spatial Computing. Work closely with customers' technical teams to understand requirements and challenges through deep curiosity and thoughtful discussion, create plan of action to reach mutually agreed outcomes. Lead by example with a customer-first mindset. Exhibit excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills Build and foster relationships, demonstrating an ability to influence teams to deliver successful projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience guiding end-to-end app development/app deployment journeys.
  • Broad understanding of common Enterprise technologies and leading ecosystem solutions to provide best practices for integration and key workflows.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver against key milestones.
  • Experience working in ambiguity, building thoughtful strategies and approaches.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid presenter, storyteller - crafting and delivering narratives to drive understanding or support of key programs or initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced in developing mobile applications leveraging Swift and other Apple technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Spatial and Mobile Computing.
  • Strong relationship building skills along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and partner cross-functionally.
  • Passionate and self-motivated, with outstanding attention to detail, sense of urgency, and follow-through.
  • Bachelor's degree required, specialization in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
