Description
This position will involve teaching both in person and online. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Teach classes from existing AU curriculum, facilitate conversations related to complex content, and field questions with credibility based on experience and expertise. - Collaborate with AU programs and operations teams to deliver excellent learning experiences for participants at all levels of the organization. - Inform current teaching and future development efforts by sharing insights and takeaways from classes and business engagements with the rest of AU. - Support and/or mentor other employees to act as conduits of Apple's culture, including AU Associates and colleagues on the People team. - Engage with business leaders, managers, and People Business Partners to understand and support their businesses, organizations, and development needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ten years professional experience; five years Apple corporate experience. Deep knowledge of Apple, including experience working with multiple functions/lines of business.
- Experience developing educational/instructional material or teaching plans (could be in collaboration with others).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching and/or facilitating discussion in a corporate setting.
- Think clearly - listen to and share what's most important to the students, leaders or teammates you're working with.
- Sense the moment - understand when to hold back and when to engage, how to push without rushing, and when to stop.
- Foster trust - deliver on your expertise and create an open and productive environment for discussion.
- Collaborate - build partnerships and work effectively across the company and AU.

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
