The Operations Project Manager will need to gain a thorough understanding of the programs we offer and excels in building strong relationships with our internal team members, faculty, and business partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive and skilled at solving problems, with exceptional project management abilities. They should also have a passion for delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to actively support the development and implementation of both existing and new programs. - Support and collaborate closely with faculty members to understand their needs, requirements, and challenges related to program operations. - Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date faculty schedules ensuring that changes and updates are communicated effectively. - Oversee participant management processes including registration, enrollment, and communication. - Address participant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally providing excellent customer service. - Look ahead and identify potential operational challenges, and be proactive in proposing effective solutions to optimize program efficiency and improve the overall operations process. - Take ownership role of multiple projects within your program simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution within given timeframes and resources. Identify patterns, connections, and relationships among various elements, leading to more comprehensive and integrated approaches.
- Experience managing a program that blends media/content and live events, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience independently coordinating and navigating complex interactions across levels of an organization. Should include quickly solving problems, adopting efforts to match changing conditions, and proactively communicating with aligning partners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.
- Track record of collecting and making sense of both perspectives and hard data in order to facilitate a decision.

- Resourcefulness - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and make confident decisions quickly and under pressure.
- Tech-savvy - Support faculty with logistics coordination for AU sessions (Planning, systems, communications, WebEx, room bookings, event set up, catering coordination, materials, supplies, room set up, shipping, etc.); Proficient with common productivity tools, such a Mac, Wrike, Slack, Pages, Numbers, Excel, and Keynote.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $85,700 and $129,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
