Description

As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead a team driving the vision, strategy, and execution for a diverse portfolio of internal, human-in-the-loop tools and large-scale data pipelines. You will define and deliver products that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability for a global AIML data workforce and data collection initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, operations, AIML teams, and cross-functional partners to build polished, user-centric, and scalable products that empower thousands of users worldwide. You will be at the intersection of technology, user experience, and engineering excellence-ensuring our tools not only perform at scale but also provide an intuitive, high-quality experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Graduate degree is a plus
  • Experience in AIML, Annotations, Data Collections, Contact Center tooling and systems a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years Technical Product Management and/or Engineering Program/Project Management
  • Proven ability to balance speed and quality to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.
  • Track record of defining and driving product strategy for large-scale, high-complexity systems.
  • Experience leading product development across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to inform investment and prioritization.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, scalable architectures, and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Big Data platforms, data processing, and annotation tools.
  • Experience managing products with privacy and security considerations.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and iterative development methodologies.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative, innovative team culture, emphasizing high-quality results
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to and aligning with executive stakeholders.
  • Have a passion for creating innovative, elegant and compelling software experiences
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on technical roadmaps that reflect both product and engineering priorities.
  • Identify key decision recommendations and broker agreements with internal and external partners.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partner teams, approaching all interactions with empathy, understanding, and a focus on balancing competing priorities and deadlines

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,000 and $278,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
