Here, you'll do more than join something - you'll add something. We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support and partner with one of our senior leaders in AIML. Regular duties will include heavy and complex calendar management utilizing your keen problem-solving abilities, scheduling and arranging team off-sites and other types of events while coordinating closely with other partners, attending and participating in regular team meetings, and assisting both your leader and the centralized admin team with various other projects and administrative duties as needed.

Description

We seek a passionate team player that will be an integral part of the continued success and growth within the AIML organization by bringing a creative approach to team support, and who can be a champion for team morale. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively on a wide range of projects / assignments. Recognizing trends in your Executive's day to day schedule, needs and beyond (and proposing & implementing changes based on these trends) will be a key and highly valued skill in this position. Success in this role will be achieved by an ambitious and highly organized individual who enjoys solving problems in creative ways and shines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of EA experience supporting VP, SVP or C-level executives; high tech industry a plus
  • Tried ability and experience in managing daily schedules, travel, task management, facilities, teleconferencing, purchasing and other day to day operations of an Executive and their team
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing large scale events
  • Ability to work autonomously on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion and utmost secrecy
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sense of professionalism and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions
  • Ability to anticipate needs and changes
  • Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Apple products and programs such as Calendar, Mail and Keynote (preferred but not required)
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude for all situations; no task too big or too small to handle
  • Penchant for reacting with the best interest of the business in mind
  • Extraordinary work ethic while balancing the needs of the individuals and the business
  • Ability to positively influence others
  • Ability to handle conflict appropriately, knowing when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.00 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
