Description

As a member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a small team of highly skilled engineers to bring new, Generative-AI enabled experiences to Apple products. This position requires a self-motivated engineer with strong technical and interpersonal skills to handle responsibilities including: * Expanding iOS-based platforms to bring new Generative AI-enabled experiences to life * Prototyping ideas to support feature definition and iteration * Communicating ideas to the Apple Design Team and other cross functional partners * Participating in architecture discussions and code review * Building internal tools to ship and maintain high quality software

• Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals - BS Computer Science or equivalent experience required
• iOS Development experience, including experience with Swift and Apple development tools
• Ability to break down large features and implement practical solutions
• Curiosity about new technologies, flexibility, and openness to ambiguity

• The following skills are not required, but one or more of these areas would be valuable -
• Familiarity with AI principles or experience with developing software with large language models
• Track record of working cross-functionally and building strong partnerships amongst teams and individuals

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,900 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
