As an AIML Hardware Management Specialist, you will work closely with all teams across the AIML organization to help determine their development needs, as well as manage and distribute thousands of products, parts, tools, and supplies for teams around the world. You will play an integral part in the product development process in AIML, ensuring that our teams are prepared with the information and hardware they need to be successful.

Analyzing, interpreting and making decisions based on a wide range of constantly changing business needs and requirements Partnering with cross-functional teams to assist with the coordination of development hardware allocations and distributions Compiling and presenting project information with engineering teams Inventory management Performing physical inventory counts of hardware labs and device archives Providing great customer service to all supported engineering teams Securely receiving, storing, and distributing, prototype and development hardware to engineering teams Working with HomeKit and CarPlay hardware Managing all logistical needs for multiple hardware labs

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, quickly evaluating every situation
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- You can meet multiple inventory deadlines each week
- Excellent collaborative skills
- Discrete and able to keep secrets safe
- Experience working with spreadsheets and databases
- Familiarity with Apple products and basic troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail
- Can execute on deliverables with little to no guidance
- Ability to lift and transport inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must have, or be willing to get, a valid California Driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with Tableau
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $97,344 and $188,100 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
