Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Responsible for the successful conception and execution of visual design direction for interactive, digital customer experiences for Apple retail and channel environments globally. Review creative work with the group's senior creative staff to get feedback on direction and ensure the work is aligned with other activities in the group with worldwide product launches and campaigns. Deliver the art direction of an interactive project, from concept through to design, code, and delivery. Develop innovative and on-strategy designs and experiences that meet the objectives of the assignment pertaining to the in-store customer journey and overall experience. Solve problems conceptually in user experience and visual design in collaboration with the broader interactive team, including writers, UX designers, creative technologists, and developers. Present persuasively and articulated design rationale to senior and executive leadership and Marcom business partners internally and externally. Collaborate with strategic functions to ensure the work meets the needs of the business, partner, and customer it is intended for throughout the shopping experience. Work with data analytics and research teams to optimize and evolve work in the market and scalable to worldwide experiences. Provide guidance and mentor junior creative staff. Work closely with resource management and producer leads to ensure projects are staffed correctly and delivered on time for the greatest customer impact market. Domestic and International travel required 10%. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $229,486 - $279,600/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Conceptualizing and executing visual creative direction for global initiatives
- Delivering the art direction and visual design of interactive projects, from concept to code
- Developing innovative and on-strategy designs to meet the objections of an assignment
- Overseeing concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes
- Planning time and resources needs to produce quality work on time and to specification
- Utilizing design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Keynote, or Figma
- Experience utilizing interactive motion principles for both interface and content design and direction
