The Enablement Specialist is an internal role that will ensure all Revenue organization team members and partners have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver extraordinary value to our customers and to our business. This individual will lead go-to-market readiness efforts while building processes to streamline enablement for the teams they are interacting with. They will also contribute to content management, training programs, processes, and resources that Revenue teams depend on to drive increased productivity. This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely with Sales, Services, Product, and Product Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.

- Ensure team readiness to support new features, services, or products through proven, scalable enablement methods.
- Digest new product release information through understanding customer and team impacts, and owning enablement efforts through launch.
- Utilize Mindtickle software to inform teams of updates in a concise and clear manner.
- Maintain and add battle cards for releases you support whether products, features, or services.
- Create content & training for Revenue teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Lead the creative work on presentations and other collateral for internal meetings, events, and contests.
- Manage completion rates and content effectiveness for all required content.
- Analyze data to prove enablement effectiveness.
- Partner with Events to roll out pre-event and post-event content, including creating eLearning modules when applicable.
- Drive efficiencies in support of strategic initiatives.
- Provide enablement support on strategic initiatives through deck creation, FAQs, coordinating trainings/meetings, videos, and short courses to equip team members.
- Evolve the release readiness process in partnership with other Enablement Specialists to minimize duplication of efforts and maximize meaningful resources.
- Use product, process, client, and historical knowledge to provide ongoing solution-oriented recommendations that accelerate bug triage mitigation and minimize negative customer and internal impact.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
Qualifications
- Experience with content and distilling complex information into easy-to-digest formats
- Experience working within Sales or Services enablement functions or on enablement-related projects
- Experience with MindTickle preferred
Must have
- 3-5 years experience in SaaS
- 3+ years experience in SaaS Sales, Client Services, Training & Enablement, or Product Marketing roles
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $72k - $95k.
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
