Your impact
- Manage case review and volume to ensure delivery of SLA.
- Review and prepare audit reporting of orders.
- Prepare aging summary and reconciliation.
- Oversee collections process and continue to drive efficiency on cash collection.
- Be a trusted source of knowledge that other team members and business partners can rely on.
- Foster a team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and individual growth, where team members feel valued and supported.
- Own the scoping and planning projects, solving project-specific problems while looking to streamline and automate at scale.
- Apply functional knowledge, guidance, and experience to projects, including feedback from senior team members.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of various factors to support compliance and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of SaaS customer representative experience.
- Ability to develop trust and strong working relationships.
- Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proven record of success dealing with customers and DSO.
- Solid understanding of technical applications such as MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Salesforce.com, and Zoom.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $50,000 - $65,000.
The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
