Technical Support Engineer II

• Ansys の統合的なソフトウェアとプラットフォームを使用し、顧客やチャネルパートナーに高品質なテクニカルサポートを提供する

• サポートプロセスを遵守し、迅速かつ的確なカスタマーサービス対応を通じて、顧客満足度とAnsys製品の付加価値を最大化する

• 熱解析分野での専門知識およびワークフローの自動化技術を活用し、最適なソリューションを提案する

• 顧客のエンジニアリングワークフローと設計課題を理解し、顧客からのフィードバックをもとに開発部門へ新機能や機能改善を提案し、Ansys製品の品質向上に貢献する

• 新リリースのフィールドテストを通じて、機能の検証やアプリケーションのベストプラクティスの開発を行う

• 顧客へのデモンストレーション／ウェビナー／トレーニングを提供し、Ansys製品の導入促進や活用支援を行い、セールスおよびマーケティング活動に貢献する

必要な学歴・経験：

• 機械工学または物理の学士号または修士号、博士号の取得

• 熱解析ソフトウェア（Ansys Icepak、Ansys Mechanical、HeatDesigner、FloTHERM、他）の1年以上の実務経験または学術研究での使用経験があると望ましい

• チーム内外の関係者と日本語および英語での円滑なコミュニケーションが図れる能力

• 技術的な内容を分かりやすく伝える能力

• 論理的思考と問題解決能力

• 最大25%程度の国内・海外出張が可能な方

望ましいスキル・経験：

• Ansys製品やその他商用CAE/CADツールの使用経験

• 電子機器およびプリント基板、半導体パッケージの設計プロセスへの理解

• Python、C#、JavaScript などを使用したエンジニアリングワークフローの自動化スクリプト開発や設計プロセスの効率化を実現するマクロ開発の経験

• ソフトウェア関連のデバッグ経験

• 技術文書の作成経験

• 技術への深い関心を持ち、主体的に課題解決に取り組める方

• 新しい技術や知識を積極的に習得し、自ら成長できる方

• 高い責任感を持ち、プロフェッショナルな姿勢で成果を追求できる方

• 最新技術やトレンドを理解し、顧客の課題に適切なソリューションを提案できる方
