The Systems Administrator II will specifically be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint Online sites related to sales content and communications. They will ensure the smooth operation of SharePoint Online environments, including user access, permissions, and content management. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide technical support. The Systems Administrator II also monitors SharePoint Online system performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements security/permission measures to protect data. They possess strong technical skills in SharePoint Online administration and have a solid understanding of SharePoint best practices.

- Has specialist knowledge of at least one subject matter area
- Administer and manage SharePoint Online for sales content and process automation.
- Monitor SharePoint Online health, performance, and logs to ensure smooth operation and compliance.
- Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
- Developing custom forms and templates SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Integrating SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or content management systems.
- Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
- Performing maintenance, performance monitoring and troubleshooting of the SharePoint Online sites.
- Providing technical support for SharePoint Online users.
- Developing and implementing SharePoint permission and access controls.
- Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
- Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
- Collaborates with other IT functions on complex business requirements, including design and integration points
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- Associate degree
- Minimum of 3 years of SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps experience
- Detailed understanding of distributed computing environment concepts
- Ability to identify and remedy hardware and software failures
- User support experience, including remote support
- Demonstrated ability working and leading collaborative teams
