Summary / Role Purpose

Join the Ansys Enterprise Applications Architecture team to partner with our stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions and grow Ansys business. We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of our Salesforce platform capabilities. As a technical expert, you'll partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of Salesforce's technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive Sales Cloud solutions, including Sales Process, Opportunity Management, Account Management, and Sales Analytics
  • Develop and maintain complex Account Management solutions, including data modeling, workflow automation, and integration with other Salesforce cloud products like Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce/ Force.com projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and technical specifications
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices

Requirements and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Account Management (Create, dedupe, enrich, assign/reassign, sharing & visibility, hierarchy, territory and etc.),
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, workflow automation, and integration with other Salesforce clouds
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, flow automation
  • Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform/Mulesoft Composer to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce Account Management and Opportunity/ Forecasting Management for complex company structures
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple complex projects, and coordinate colleagues across geographically diverse locations
  • Projects a professional image and demonstrates business acumen, driven to succeed
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Advance Administrator certification
  • MuleSoft Developer I(Nice to have)
  • MuleSoft Integration Architect I (Nice to have)

Nice to have skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Experience in multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
