Key Duties and Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional, global teams to prepare video content for localization
Oversee the end-to-end localization workflow using our approved tools and systems
Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for assigned projects
Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and executing an overall integrated delivery plan
Perform quality control, edit, and adjust subtitles/closed captions
Take initiative to resolve issues or questions in a timely manner; identify areas for improvement

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in localization project management with a focus on audiovisual localization
Experience working with localization vendors, setting up projects, and managing budgets
Proficiency in video editing software
Hands-on experience creating and editing subtitles/closed captions
Experience with voiceover/dubbing and post-production
Strong teammate that works well in a remote environment and with multiple functions across the organization
Strong verbal and written communicator with fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Fluent in one of the following languages: Chinese, Korean, Japanese, French, German, Italian
Understanding of simulation software
Experience working with both product and support teams
Experience working with translation management software
