The Jacksonville Brewery is the heart of beer production in the Southeastern United States, we are looking for skilled Production Operators to join our weekend relief team.

• Effectively and safely operate high speed production equipment.
• Maintain operation of production machinery by troubleshooting faults and resolving issues independently.
• Record and interpret process data.
• Perform process quality control checks.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to perform proactive and reactive adjustments and repairs.

• Industrial cleaning and sanitation.
• Fork truck operation.
• Inspect nonconforming product.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Associates Degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required.
• Prior high-speed manufacturing, warehousing, or related experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with mechanical systems preferred.
• Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending.
• Must be able to left items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
• Must be able to work varying shifts on weekends and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights).
