The Role
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive, Growth to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll focus on identifying, engaging, and converting technical buyers-such as CTOs, Analytics Directors, and business buyers such as CMOs-into long-term customers. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads, delivering tailored messaging that resonates with a technical audience, guiding prospects through the sales process, and driving revenue growth by selling within a set of turnkey solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Engagement: Build relationships with technical buyers, including CTOs, Analytics Directors, and CMOs, to understand their challenges and position our CDP as the solution.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify and manage leads from inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet revenue targets and company goals.
- Turnkey Solution Selling: Identify, document, and address customer pain points through consultative engagements that directly align to Amperity's solution value through tailored demos and presentations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product and Client Services teams to align on messaging and ensure a seamless sales motion for all opportunities.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform your sales strategy and conversations with prospects.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
About You:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or a related tech industry.
- Proven success in selling to technical or data-driven audiences.
- Strong understanding of the CDP space or related fields such as data analytics, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- A self-starter with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
Cash Incentives: This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. Depending on the role, these plans may pay as commissions and/or as bonuses according to achievement level against sales-related targets and/or sales-related business objectives
Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity's total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position
