Job Description
Primary Accountabilities
• Facilitate training classes for insurance licensed sales and service trainees.
Develop or oversees the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.

• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
• Stays abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing delivery of training through vendors.
• Demonstrated verbal, written and social media communication skills which support culture and strategy.
• Solid knowledge of property & casualty insurance.
• Demonstrated experience delivering curricula for all different learning environments (asynchronous and synchronous).
• Participates as necessary in consultation, development, and delivery of learning solutions.
Must have Property & Casualty Insurance Producer's licenses.
Licenses
• Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements.
Travel Requirements
• Up to 10%.

• Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from our Phoenix, AZ 85034 office.
