Join us as a Senior Vendor Management Specialist! We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in Property and Casuality insurance. This role will be pivotal in driving vendor strategy, managing service level agreements, and ensuring the highest value from vendor relationships. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact and work closely with our dynamic team. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Vendor Management.
Position Compensation Range:
$76,000.00 - $125,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
- You will measure, monitor, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for vendor performance.
- You will develop, implement, and actively manage vendor action plans to address performance gaps.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to derive vendor and product value across the vendor ecosystem.
- Influence business decisions through innovative thinking and impactful insights.
- Engage in the procure-to-pay process, including automated invoicing solutions and purchase orders.
- You will oversee budget processes, track spend and provide strategic financial insights.
- Interpret complex contractual language and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and handle issue resolution efficiently.
- Serve as a natural influencer to foster relationships and drive results across teams.

- Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of processing systems and processes.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory environment.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.

Preferred Skills:
- Property & Casualty Insurance experience
- Proven track record in SLA measurement and vendor performance management.
- Experience with underwriting products and vendors
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze vendor value

- Proficiency with automated invoicing and procure-to-pay processes
- Ability to interpret complex contracts and manage compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders
