Position Compensation Range:
$95,000.00 - $156,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- Solves problems from a people, process and technology lens. Deploys small to mid-scale organizational transformation.
- Collaborates with and leverages centers of practice (CoP) and shared services for business solutions, guiding through the employee lifecycle and service offerings including talent acquisition, inclusion, development, succession planning, and retention.
- Identifies and implements strategic talent solutions in support of a transforming organization; ensuring the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a heavy focus on talent development, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion.
- Provides strategic business partnership to executives and division leaders supporting mid-size and/or mid-complexity organizations.
- Supports in the diagnosis, development and implementation of client specific HR Solutions. Supports in the deployment of transformation work.
- Leads with influence.

- Demonstrated experience serving as a collaborative partner with senior leaders and positively influences leaders.
- Demonstrated experience with using reporting and analytics to generate insights and present findings back to the business.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
- Demonstrated understanding of agile principles with experience in leading and/ or partnering on organization change efforts.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and providing counsel and guidance to leaders.
- Business acumen and ability to understand multiple business operations.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex talent strategy needs.

- Up to 10%.
Physical Requirements
- Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources supporting large, complex organizations, preferably within Fortune 500 companies
- Experience partnering with senior IT leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Strong experience in defined HR Disciplines
- Proven experience in organizational design, including structuring and optimizing organizational frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in utilizing Workday for various HR and organizational tasks
- Skilled in data storytelling, with a strong ability to leverage data visualization tools and develop compelling presentations to leadership using PowerPoint
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office location: Boston, MA 02110
