As a Policy Operations Representative, you will help deliver exceptional service by providing new business support, underwriting assistance, billing, and policy services for personal lines, commercial, life insurance, or brokerage products. You will enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills to work with policyholders and agents. This role offers the opportunity to specialize in one or more products across several lines, allowing you to develop expertise and grow within our organization.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the following office location: Madison, WI 53783
Work schedule is Monday-Friday.Schedules are rotated to provide phone coverage to 7pm.

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- • Provide customer policy or billing activities for new business renewal policies and policy changes.
- • Completes system entry process for new policies or policy changes or billing for multiple systems.
- • Research inquiries from customers or agents.
- • Generate letters, correspondence and policy documents.
- • May conduct on-the-job training.
- • May support call center operations when call demand exceeds forecast or problem escalation requires assistance.
- • Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or support.
- • Basic knowledge of state-specific regulations and system/procedural support for insurance or brokerage products.
- • Basic knowledge and application of underwriting, servicing or billing guidelines.
- • Demonstrated experience using reference materials, reading policy language, and processing rules and procedures.
- • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
