Lead, Enterprise Change Management (Flex Office/Home)

$97,000.00 - $164,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of change management strategies for complex enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on change management methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and perspectives related to change.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans, partnering with communications and training teams.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess the potential effects of change on different stakeholder groups.
• Support leaders in effectively communicating with and engaging their teams throughout the change process.
• Develop and implement mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and resistance to change.
• Coach and guide leaders at all levels to effectively lead their teams through change.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management.

Requirements:
• You will bring deep change management expertise (experience leading large, complex strategic change management projects).

• Prosci, ACMP or other change management certification/designations preferred.

• Experience in the Insurance industry a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated program management experience.
• Demonstrated organization and leadership skills.
• Business acumen and demonstrated ability to understand multiple business operations.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Experience in the Insurance industry a plus, but not required.

This is a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office. Work locations for this role include: Madison, WI.
