Cyber Fusion Center Director (Primarily Office)

Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, This director will lead the evaluation, testing, recommendations, coordination, monitoring, and maintenance of information systems and cyber security policies and systems, including access management for hardware, firmware and software. This director ensures that cyber security and information risk management plans, processes, standards and procedures are aligned with enterprise policies.

Position Compensation Range:
$147,000.00 - $250,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • You will align digital risk capabilities and services with the cyber security framework and enterprise information security policies
  • Develop strategy and roadmaps of the enterprise digital risk services and capabilities, architecture, and portfolio
  • You will reduce the cost and complexity of capabilities and services through automation, best practices, and standardization.
  • Help align cyber security and information risk management goals across the enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain security partnerships, operating models, and resource repositories across enterprise departments and teams.
  • You will support independent verification or certification of control environment effectiveness.
  • Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development.
  • Lead with influence and expertise. Contributes to division or department leadership team. Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values and policies.

  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or support.
  • Demonstrates trustworthiness and confidence, representing the enterprise and its leadership team with the utmost professionalism.Demonstrated experience successfully directing IT security programs and working within the IT security industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk management processes.
  • Experience with solutions used to secure company and customer data in a high-volume transaction environment.
  • Significant experience working with security software, hardware and network architecture available to solve business issues.
  • Experience with the domains and charters of the various technology and business groups.

In this primarily office-based role, you will spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from our National Headquarters in Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA (Boston Headquarters) 02210.
