As a Associate Tax Analyst, you will conduct work at an entry level of life insurance knowledge, work with spreadsheets, and provide good customer service. You will interact with customers and agents regarding tax implications involving policies. You will work under direction and guidance of experienced tax staff. You will report to a Senior Manager, Corporate Tax.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office location: Madison, WI
Position Compensation Range:
$52,000.00 - $85,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
- Prepare taxable gain calculations on various life insurance products on behalf of agents and policyowners.
- Answer phone calls and handle requests from agents and policyowners.
- Record tax withholding required on distributions and makes payments to relevant tax authorities.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated experience reflecting agility, flexibility and problem-solving attributes.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of general life insurance concepts.
- Solid experience working with Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated experience with PC software applications
Physical Requirements
- Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
- Prior life insurance experience preferred
- Life Insurance/Annuities knowledge preferred
