How will you make an impact in this role?

American Express is aggressively digitizing its prospect marketing capabilities. As part of this effort, the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions organization (EDDS) has exciting opportunities available.

Within EDDS, the Enterprise Performance Marketing Products team is building platforms that will enable Amex to efficiently grow acquisitions in performance marketing channels by enhancing existing solutions and developing advanced data products that will lead the organization into the digital future. This position will focus on building Marketing Capabilities which leverage data to build scalable products to drive efficient marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create robust and scalable solutions with internal and external tech partners.
  • Help evaluate external vendors leveraged for data management capabilities.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand needs and identify, prioritize, and plan delivery of new features.
  • Ensure flawless execution of acquisition campaigns and support additional business intelligence sharing.
  • Safeguard prospect data usage by confirming new use cases with data providers.
  • Manage TLM activities with our 3rd party vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related STEM field, and 2+ years of experience with requirements analysis, and product development within the Agile methodology.

• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and deliver new business capabilities - participated in defining specifications, lead conceptual business architecture, collaborate within and across teams on design and delivery, manage project and be able to interpret results.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple time zones and balance their needs with the needs of the product.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong functional knowledge of digital data and knowledge of the digital ecosystem is a plus.

• Understanding of data management: how data needs to be organized, accessed, monitored, and controlled (e.g. data governance).

• Problem solving skills and ability to take independent responsibility of projects.

• Experience with enterprise collaboration tools including Jira, Rally, and Confluence.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
