The Small Business Prospect Marketing team seeks to help match Small Business Owners with Amex Card products. The team is responsible for generating Card demand and driving Card acquisition, reaching prospects through a variety of channels, including Site, Paid Media, Paid Search, Affiliate, Refer A Business, Inbound Phone, and Direct Mail.

The Campaign Management team is instrumental in helping channel owners run the business, and delivering best-in-class experiences for Business Owners. Campaign executions includes everything from back-end offer set up to submitting creative for legal & compliance reviews. In partnership with our compliance & legal teams, the team is essential in ensuring all marketing communications are reviewed for compliance, accuracy and brand safety. This role provides a unique opportunity to see nuances across channels, and how those nuances guide acquisition strategies.

The Sr. Analyst, Campaign Management will manage the full campaign setup and creative approval process. This role will provide a unique opportunity to gain insight into and have influence across key Prospect Marketing initiatives. A successful candidate is comfortable managing detailed work streams, partnering with a wide array of stakeholders, and overseeing multiple projects. In partnership with channel owners, this person will regularly

  • Work in proprietary campaign management platforms
  • Ensure all campaigns have the proper offer details
  • Proactively kickoff regular (periodic) creative reviews
  • Notify channel partners about offer/benefit changes

Working alongside 4 Campaign Management Analysts, this person will report into the Manager, Campaign Management. This role also works alongside key partners from Acquisition-Channel teams, Product Management, Brand, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the execution of multi-channel digital acquisition campaigns including offer setup, creative review and approval, experience and channel cart setup, and work packet management.
  • Partner with channel marketing teams to understand offer strategies and develop marketing execution plans, including SLAs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and project teams to continually streamline and improve execution project plans to flawlessly execute the digital prospect journey.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
  • Successfully manage and build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal & external partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Interest in digital marketing
  • Extremely detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Prior experience in end to end campaign execution-and/or compliance review processes strongly preferred
  • Ability to liaise with marketing, legal and compliance partners to ensure marketing campaigns meet legal and regulatory standards
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, adapt well to change, and problem-solve independently
  • Process-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Excellent MS Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Professional, polished, and patient under pressure
  • Solid work ethic and ability to work well under pressure with a passion for high quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
