Alteryx is searching for a Product Owner in our Bangalore office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Product Owner (PO) for Alteryx Location Intelligence, your central mission is to enhance the engineering team's output, oversee the backlog, and guarantee the effective delivery of initiatives. This role is ideal for those experienced in high-performance data processing, analytics, or geospatial technologies.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the engineering team's backlog and take the lead breaking down epics into user stories.

· Participate in the product development process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that all requirements are met, and that the product meets our quality standards.

· Ensure all internal stakeholders are engaged and communicate key decisions.

· Act as the primary point of contact between the India-based development team and the US-based stakeholders, providing regular updates on status and progress.

· Assist in roadmap development and timeline creation to prompt action and establish feasible expectations.

· Convey customer perspective and value-add during project execution.

· Take on additional tasks as necessary to ensure project and team success.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

· Demonstrated experience working successfully with cross-functional teams to deliver software.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· At least Six years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.

· Have a strong interest and background in data and analytics.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex issues.

· Manage and prioritize multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment.

· Be a versatile team player, adaptable to guidance from various stakeholders.

· Experience with spatial data is a big plus
