This role is to operate within the Award-Winning Scaled Success team at Alteryx where you will combine data-driven behavioral triggers with your instincts for identifying growth and addressing risk to engage customers throughout their lifecycle.

A Customer Success Manager at Alteryx works across the Onboarding, Adoption and Value Realisation stages of a Customer's journey; ensuring each day and each customer engagement brings something different.

As well as ensuring the success of your accounts; you will have the opportunity to work to build & innovate on our processes. Finding new ways to analyse customer behavior to drive engagement for the right customer with the right content at the right time. You will work cross-functionally with other departments in Alteryx (including Sales, Marketing, Data Science, Community, Product and Support) to drive value, enhance ROI and optimize satisfaction for each customer you engage with.

This is a unique role where you within one day you will have the opportunity to work with a customer on their Strategic priorities, get hands-on with Alteryx products to support another and then drive forward improvements to our Digital-led programs of work.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on Activation, Renewal and Expansion goals for your accounts through prioritising and targeting where best to invest your time
  • Engage key personas at your customers to drive activation and usage of our products through a personalized experience
  • Execute best practice customer engagement strategies whilst maintaining a focus on 'Scale'
  • Helping customers see the value of their investment by documenting verified outcomes; making customers smile whilst giving Alteryx a route to expand
  • Respond to data-driven call-to-action inside Gainsight promptly and efficiently across your customer portfolio
  • Resolving customer needs by aligning them with the right resources through diverse digital mediums (Email, 1:Many, Blogs etc.)
  • Provide continuous feedback to improve our customer experience

Required Qualifications/Skills

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a CSM, Consultant, Project Management, Sales Engineer or similar Customer Facing role
  • Have a growth mindset that see's change as a positive & is comfortable with failing fast
  • Ability to learn analytics software (Alteryx Core or Advanced Certifications a bonus)
  • Ability to manage 50+ accounts at different stages in their lifecycle
  • Comfortable exploring data to uncover new customer insights
  • Leverages customer insights to create solutions to scale customer success motions
  • Sharing & reporting on the impact of your customer-facing activities
  • Ability to quantify & communicate customer outcomes internally & externally
