Job Overview:

As the ABM and Programs Manager - International, you will be responsible for two core areas:

Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Driving highly-targeted, personalized marketing strategies to engage and convert key accounts in the EMEA and APAC regions. Programs Management: Identifying gaps in existing marketing campaigns for the International region and collaborating with corporate and field marketing teams to create and execute impactful programs tailored to the needs of these markets.

You will be a crucial part of the international marketing team, bridging regional requirements with global strategies, and ensuring alignment across various departments and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Responsibilities:

  • ABM Strategy Development:
    • Design and execute tailored ABM strategies for strategic enterprise accounts in EMEA and APAC, based on regional buyer behavior and market dynamics.
    • Leverage data insights, predictive analytics, and intent data to prioritize and segment high-value accounts, working closely with sales and customer success teams in the region.
    • Customize global messaging and campaigns for local relevance to resonate with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Implement multi-channel, personalized ABM campaigns using digital (email, social, content syndication) and offline (events, direct mail, webinars) tactics.
    • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop region-specific materials, including case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement tools.
    • Manage account-based virtual and live events in the EMEA and APAC regions to enhance engagement and drive pipeline generation.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Field Marketing:
    • Align closely with the regional sales and field marketing teams to ensure ABM efforts are in sync with account strategies and goals.
    • Act as the key marketing liaison for the international sales teams, sharing insights on account engagement and opportunities for pipeline acceleration.

2. Programs Management Responsibilities:

  • Gap Analysis & Campaign Development:
    • Assess current marketing programs for the EMEA and APAC regions, identifying gaps in demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
    • Work with the corporate marketing team to ensure global campaigns are adapted and relevant for international markets.
    • Lead the creation of regional programs where global efforts do not meet local market needs, including region-specific webinars, local events, partner marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure international programs are aligned with overall company messaging, branding, and strategy.
    • Work with field marketing teams in EMEA and APAC to support execution of campaigns, aligning them with regional sales goals and objectives.
    • Liaise with product marketing to ensure that new campaigns are tailored to local industry trends and customer pain points.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    • Use marketing analytics tools to track the performance of ABM and programmatic campaigns in the EMEA and APAC regions.
    • Report on key metrics such as engagement, lead conversion, pipeline impact, and ROI, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
    • Regularly communicate the performance of regional campaigns to senior leadership and other stakeholders, making recommendations for improvements.

3. Regional Market Expertise:

  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and local nuances across the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Localization: Ensure that all campaigns are localized for regional relevance, including language, cultural preferences, and buying behaviors.
  • Compliance: Ensure marketing efforts comply with regional regulations, such as GDPR in Europe and other local data privacy laws.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on ABM and demand generation, including specific experience in EMEA and/or APAC regions.
    • Proven track record in building and managing account-based marketing programs for enterprise accounts in international markets.
    • Experience in SaaS or technology sectors, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, demand generation tactics, and digital marketing.
    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple regional programs simultaneously.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and geographies, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, make decisions, and optimize marketing programs for maximum impact


  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools.
    • Proficiency in managing localized campaigns and understanding regional regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
