 WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

  • Training
    • Assists with New Hire Training
    • Executes follow-up training
    • Implements and trains new procedures
    • Ensures training procedures are followed
    • Ensures proper documentation is maintained
  • Project work
    • Supports Production Manager in project work such as:
      • Waste Control
      • Continuous Improvement
      • Real-time interaction with production floor by using MES/IT Systems
  • Daily Tasks
    • Checks packaging area
    • Coordinates label printing
    • Updates and posts graphs for daily walk through
    • Checks if all devices are up-to-date and functional
  • Planning
    • Compiles daily production plan together with Planner
    • Ensures all machine change-overs are performed in timely manner
  • Back up for
    • Production Manager and Production Supervisors
    • Quality Assurance
    • Planning
    • Coordination of all assigned activities during time of replacement
  • Troubleshooting
    • Tracks and resolves production issues
    • Escalates critical process problems to Production Manager
  • Performance Measurements:
    • Achievement of Production goals
    • Employees following procedures
    • Meet project deadlines
    • High level of Acceptance Rate of Notes System
    • All devices are connected and fulfill required standards of Regional OPEX/IT
    • Proper documentation of production issues

What Makes You Great

 

Education/Experience:

  • Min. High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within Plastics Industry

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Technical understanding (Manufacturing and IT)
  • Strong knowledge sharing/training skills
