Job Description
The Sr Associate position is responsible for processing all aspects of the Contact Center's time off requests. This position will appropriately respond to time off requests based on a predetermined set of requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to time off requests in a friendly and courteous manner based on established requirements

Process time off requests based on established service level goals
Develops and maintains internal/external relationships to facilitate products/service delivery
Generate low complex reports
Participate in and support staffing and scheduling initiatives in order to meet contact center goals
Ability to provide feedback and respond appropriately
Demonstrate an understanding of departmental issues and how related areas interact to achieve results
Education
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Experience
0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job does not have supervisory duties.
