Job Description
As a Virtual Auto Damage Adjuster, you'll mainly use the Mitchell platform, along with some CCCOne, to process vehicle damage estimates received from inbound calls from shops. Your responsibilities include negotiating and efficiently managing claims, ensuring they meet Allstate's standards and reflect repair facility input. You're at the heart of Allstate's Claims Culture, which is all about caring, empowering, and restoring-accomplished through compassionate and clear communication.

You'll lead with empathy in every claim, assessing damages independently and interpreting policies for coverage.
You'll communicate with customers and repair shops via phone, email, or video chat, guiding them through a straightforward claims process and personalizing communication based on their preferences. Negotiating fair claim settlements with all parties involved is also a crucial part of your role, applying savvy strategies to complex cases.
You'll operate in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a variety of tools and platforms to support your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Your work will be instrumental in upholding the company's financial integrity by adhering to policy agreements. Training will be provided for the claims system you'll use to document your work accurately and promptly for each claim.
Candidate must reside in either MST, PST, or CST time zone
Responsibilities:
- Virtually handle inbound VA calls from customers and shops
- Maintain a professional workspace with all videos recorded
- Return unanswered VMs or emails
- Conduct inspections via VA app, documenting damages or paperwork
- Write estimates/supplements/total loss to completion
- Inform customers and shops of inspection results
- Empathetically communicate with customers, providing clear instructions
- Document claims with photos/inspection details
- Issue payments and document claim files accordingly
- Handle total loss situations including negotiation and lienholder information
- Navigate time zones as needed
- Attend virtual team meetings and collaborate effectively
Qualifications:
- You have 18-24 months experience in auto Collision estimating using Mitchell and CCCOne.
- You have a High School Diploma or a GED
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise and comprehensive estimates.
- Comfortable with utilizing technology and various platforms for claims processing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $47,440.00 - 81,902.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
