Job Description
This role will Initiates and directs critical communications and multimedia functions, resources and work plans for Allstate Benefits. Manages and performs the planning and implementation of training/communications projects for all areas of responsibility within Allstate Benefits.

Leads, initiates ideas and actions on cross-functional teams
Contributes to strategic decision making
Builds and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Develops key messages to drive engagement
Creates, implements and measures internal/external communication plans as it relates to our training initiatives
Coach and develop team members
Oversees and evaluates direct reports to ensure department goals are met
Directs less experienced staff and leads project teams
Direct management responsibility for the training communications team
Presents concepts and final work product to senior executive leadership
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

This job has supervisory duties.

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
