Job Description
Allstate Insurance Company has an exciting opportunity called Strategy and Operations Manager supporting our Agency Distribution organization. This role develops the strategic design, planning, and implementation of programs and processes to support individual business function objectives and considers alignment with the broader corporate strategy. As a people leader, you would manage a small team, and this is a highly visible opportunity. The selected individual will also provide consulting, project management and support within the organization and across the enterprise for focused initiatives. They would be responsible for the partnership, development, and implementation of education and training programs and activities based on feedback and necessity to support enterprise initiatives.

Your experience in working or supporting an agency distribution force will be needed to partner, collaborate and strategize to execute projects for the organization. Critical thinking and using a future focus mind set will help you excel in this opportunity while managing a team virtually.
Key Responsibilities
Takes an integrated approach to ensure initiatives align to the Company determined growth and profit goals
Demonstrates strong business knowledge, leadership, and general management skills
Evaluates statistical analysis to provide guidance and direction on development programs, processes, and initiatives
Drives results through the development of effective relationships
Develops strategic and operational parameters for collaborative efforts/teams with and across functional boundaries
Formulates strategies to achieve plan objectives
Enables leadership efforts for continuous improvements and phase out programs no longer effective, strengthen existing offerings and identify new and creative ways to drive key initiatives
Helps interpret Allstate's strategic vision into team priorities and activities
Develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, or processes
- Stays informed about emerging technologies that can enhance and expand our training and education offerings, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation and deliver cutting edge solutions
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
* 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
